Harcourt Industries, Inc. has been serving businesses and schools since 1956 when Conrad C. and Norma S. Harcourt started the pencil imprinting business in an old chicken house. Today, the company manufactures and sells over 70,000,000 wood case pencils. The pencils are silk screened with names, logos, and printed in your choice of color. Our Pens are also printed with your colors, names and logos.
Today, the company is owned by Joe Harcourt, Vice President of Sales, and Jean Ann Harcourt, President. Joe and Jean Ann are the son and daughter of Conrad and Norma. Following their graduations from Ball State University with degrees in Business Administration, each joined the family school supply business. Joe joined the company during May, 1973, followed by Jean Ann in May of 1975.
